Dolly Parton’s crimson-colored lips smile across the album cover of “A Holly Dolly Christmas.” Neil Diamond, Jack Harlow, Carrie Underwood, and other legends likely sipped coffee here, too. The atmosphere may be serene, but the walls thrum with possibility.
